On Friday morning March 24th, Mullen Motors of Southold, the local Chrysler / Dodge dealership, in partnership with the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association, donated four CPR training manikins to the Cutchogue Fire Department.

The manikins were presented to a contingent of members from the Cutchogue Fire Department at a small ceremony held at the Mullen Motors Dealership in Southold. New York State Assemblyman Anthony Palumbo was also on had for the ceremony.

The manikins will be used in the Department's CPR program and will be used to train our Firefighters, Junior Firefighters, EMS Providers and members of the Community.

Mullen Motors has been part of the community as family run business for over 90 years. The Mullen family has had a long standing tradition of "giving back" and supporting the local Fire Departments and other organizations throughout Southold Town.

When interviewed by SoutholdLocal.com, Billy Mullen, who co-owns of the dealership along with his brother Rich, said “We’re always happy to give back to the community, All of the volunteers for the fire departments and emergency services organizations out here are incredibly dedicated and really go out of their way to make sure they’re always available when anyone needs help, so we’re just glad to be able to support them in our own small way."

The Cutchogue Fire Department is grateful for this generous donation made possible by the Mullen Family. They are true partners in our community, and their donation will help us save lives.

The Chiefs, Officers, and Members of the Cutchogue Fire Department would like to thank Mullen Motors and the Mullen Family for all of their Support Through out the years.
