On Saturday and Sunday members of CFD participated in the Dylan Newman Forever 5 charity softball tournament.

CFD was among 7 teams that competed in the weekend tournament held at Southold Town's Cochran Park in Peconic.

The tournament raises funds for the foundation that provides scholarships to our local schools and gives back to the community in Dylan Newman's memory.

Our members had a blast playing 4 games during the 2 days against other local teams.

This years team included also included members from the Mattituck FD and Southold Police Dispatchers.

The team finished the tournament with a record of 2 wins and 2 losses.

Thank you to all of our members who played and came out to support the team.
