On Monday Evening the Mattituck-Cutchogue community came together to help give the 2025 Senior Class of Mattituck High School a proper send off as they prepare for graduation this weekend.
The families of the graduates, friends and Firefighters form the Cutchogue and Mattituck Fire Department lined the runway of Mattituck Airport for a special Senior Parade.
This event began years ago during COVID-19 pandemic to celebrated the graduating class and has continued each year since.
Escorted by the Southold Town Police, seniors paraded down the runway in decorated cars and were greeted by lights and sirens and a flag arch created by the fire Department's ladder trucks to celebrate the occasion.
Families and friends gathered together afterwards congratulating the seniors.
Thank you to all the parents and organizers of this event. We were glad to be a part of it.

This year, CFD is proud to have 2 graduating seniors; Firefighter Rocco Horton of Mattituck high School and Firefighter Joseph Zuhoski IV of Southold High School.
