| The officers and members of CFD would like to congratulate Lt. Tim Winters and his wife Rosemary on the birth of a baby Boy!
Thomas Henry Winters was born on March 20th weighing 9 lbs. 11oz. 21.5" long.
Both mom and baby are reported to be healthy and doing well.
We would like extend our best wishes to Rosemary, Tim and the Winters family as we welcome Thomas Henry to the CFD Family
Congratulations to Rosie and Daisy on becoming big sisters!
