Freedom of Information (FOIL)

The Cutchogue Fire District abides by the FOI law and offers the following ways to obtain a Request for Records Form for your use. 

1. Send a letter requesting a form, besure to include your name, address and phone number within.

2. Visit the firehouse during the day time to pick up a request form.

3. Email us at cutfd@optonline.net with your name, address and phone number and we will mail you a form.

The Fire District has 5 days to respond to you and up to 20 days to complete the request if needed.  Fees may be charged according to law.
