Public Safety Dispatchers perform an important role in the Chain of survival. The dispatchers who answer the 911 calls are often the first person dealing with an emergency, passing on important information to the caller and first responders.

Locally, the Cutchogue Fire Department and other Fire Departments within our township are primarily dispatched by the Southold Town Police Department Communications Section.

We are grateful for the important job they do on a daily basis.
