Just before 4:00 pm on Tuesday afternoon, CFD Volunteers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 25 near Den-Kel Lane.
Firefighters and EMS personnel arrived to find that a vehicle had struck a utility pole. The two occupants of the vehicle were able to exit the vehicle, and 1 patient was treated and transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
This was the third call of the day for CFD as a busy month of June comes to a close.
Volunteers began their day at 2:30 a.m. when they responded to two back to back fire alarms.
