| On Saturday morning, a contigent of CFD Firefighters along with firefighters from the Southold FD headed to the Suffolk County Fire Academy to complete the final session of the Engine Compnay Operations Course.
Over the past several weeks these firefighers have particpated several classroom session teaching them about all aspectes of engine company operations include tactics and strategies when attacking a variety of fires.
The class concluded on Saturday when the firefighters had the opurtunity to apply what they have learned with a variety of hands-on and live fire excercises at the Fire Academy in Yaphank.
